A position has arisen for a Design Draughtsperson who is familiar with the design and detailing of architectural metalwork using AutoCAD.
Applicants from other construction trades would be considered.
You will join a team of 3 other Draughtspersons and your role will involve mainly:
1. Producing design and detail drawings for manufacture
2. Site surveying and measurements when required
3. Liaise with Contract Managers, shop floor and installation operatives
You must be able to work independently.
You will need to maintain the Design Office procedures and records.
You must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
Steelwork fabrication background & experience would be beneficial.
A full driving licence would be beneficial.
You must be eligible to live and work within the UK. Sponsorship is not provided.
