This image shows the library rotunda area completed and ready for use. Various aspects of our work on the project are showcased - the multi-level walkways and interlinking stairs together with the impressive book wall units were all designed and installed by JSM.
The "floating" stairs have a rolled central spine with treads attached to achieve the look required by the architect. The extent of the timber floor and balcony structure frame is also evident.
JSM also carried out an extensive amount of external work including the curved balustrades shown in this image.
