As part of the university's new Waterside Campus  development JSM were contracted to design, manufacture, supply and install metalwork for the Creative Hub, Learning Hub, Logistics Building and the Senate Building.  This includeded  stair cores, feature stairs, escape stairs, balustrades, handrails  walkways, cat ladders and other architectural metalwork.
