First balconies installed on McAleer & Rushe Wembley project

Last week saw the first fourteen balconies of over four hundred being installed over a two day period for McAleer & Rushe on their SWL Phase 2 project in Wembley. The package involves delivering bolt-on balconies with the production of the balconies being completely off-site and then having them installed to pre-positioned brackets using the site tower cranes. With an ever increasing shift towards off-site production, JSM have now undertaken several large packages adopting this method.
